The Club Facilities

At the gliding site we have a *café serving breakfast, light lunches and snacks in the clubhouse from March to September. On published dates, the café serves evening meals and our Saturday evening BBQ’s are very popular in the summer after a great day’s flying.

 

There are toilets and shower facilities too, as we have a caravan site on the airfield. Visiting flyers with caravans and tents are welcome.

 

 

Bidford On Avon village centre is 2 miles from the airfield and boasts many amenities such as a bank, cash point, post office, newsagents, bakers, butchers, supermarket, chemist, hardware store, Fish & Chip Shop, Chinese Take-Away, Indian Restaurants and several Pubs!

 

If you prefer, there are also plenty of local B&B’s available.
